These Cherokee 4200 utility pants sit comfortably above the elastic waist to provide you with extra flexibility. For storage, you will find two cargo pockets, a cell phone pocket, and an outside scissor pocket. The tapered legs provide ease of movement around the office. Fabric is 65/35 poly/cotton poplin with soil release except white, which is 55/45 cotton/poly.2
